together with a preliminary estimate of costs. Often it is worth
presenting more than one design with a view to choosing best and
developing it to suit the Owner's needs.

Meeting No.4
Usually one week later, we present a completed design, specification
and firm quotation. At this point we aim to arm the Owner with all
the information necessary to make a decision to go ahead with us.

we require a payment of 5% of the quotation price. This is not a

for lodgement to Council. Prior to lodging the plans we arrange
for a final meeting with the Owners to go over every detail of the
plans. This meeting is usually conducted in our office and runs
for about 2 hours.
2 Weeks
We lodge the Development Application with Council
after the drawing has had final amendments completed.

Time for Council to approve proposals.

On receipt of our Council approval, a formal written
building contact is to be signed by both parties at which stage
we require a 5% deposit of the contract sum.

Add-Style will commence work on site usually within
4 weeks of both parties signing the formal written building contract.
